Academic Personnel Analyst

Stephanie coordinates and manages all aspects of Senate and non-Senate Academic Personnel for the Department of Mathematics. Her responsibilities include recruitment, merits, promotions, voting, visiting employment procedures, leaves of absence, international relations, and payroll entry. Stephanie provides analytical and administrative support while ensuring compliance with university policies and procedures related to academic human resources.

Financial and Grants Analyst

Jim Keehn manages all financial operations for the Department of Mathematics, including budget analysis, preparation, and monitoring. He advises the department’s MSO, faculty, and staff on financial matters, handles accounts payable, and prepares budgets for research grants and contracts. Jim also coordinates and prepares grant proposals with Principal Investigators, working closely with external funding agencies and UCI’s Sponsored Projects Office, ensuring financial compliance and effective management of departmental resources.

Ingrid manages all purchasing, financial reimbursements, and transactions for the department. She provides administrative support for faculty and departmental events, including conferences, ensuring seamless execution and coordination. Additionally, Ingrid supports the MSO and department staff with general administrative duties, contributing to the department's operational efficiency.
